Structural Engineer West Midlands

Are you a Structural Engineer with 3+ years post grad experience? Are you looking for that next step on your career ladder? Due to continued growth, this company require an additional Structural Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work outside of Mainstream Consultancy, for a company which designs, manufactures and builds a large variety of projects, from residential work (houses and apartment blocks), Health centres and Public Buildings (visitor centres).

Your current experience will be designing in all the major building materials, but this new role will be focusing on Structural Steel and Timber. If you have knowledge of Glulam or CLT ( Cross laminated timber ) this would be advantageous but not essential.

If Chartership is a goal of yours, then support and training will be provided to aid with your long term career goals. As well as designing, you will be helping to run the design department, liaising with directors and external Engineers. This role will suit an ambitious Structural Engineer looking for a long term career, with a firm large enough to offer a wide variety or work, but small enough for all staff to feel they are contributing and making a big difference.
